I came across this commercial on Facebook.
A Glass And A Half Full Productions is Cadbury's in-house production company in the UK, which in the pass few years created 3 wonderful commercials for Cadbury in UK.
After the famous "Gorilla" ad in 2007 & also the disappointing "Airport Trucks" in 2008, Cadbury launched its new 2009 campaign, "Eyebrows'".
As everyone might notice, the commercials do not have anything to do with eating chocolates. According to them, the aim is to bring smiles on everyone's face, which in turn successfully increase their sales by 10% during the period these adverts were aired.
Their approach is very humble as it was until the final they only reveal the ads were linked to Cadbury Dairy Milk, which carries the tag line ‘A glass and a half of full joy’.
Viewers are clueless on which company/brand's adverts as there is no brand representation at all before the end of the ads.
I must also say that the effects are heartwarming.
You might not get the point but, it's special.
This is their latest ad and it's one of my favourites:
2009 - Eyebrows
2008 - Airport Trucks
2007 - Gorilla
Check out "A Glass And A Half Full Productions" 's website here.
And also other Cadbury's websites around the world.
Kudos to Cadbury and its in-house production in the UK!!
